We are a disciple-making church that exists to aid broken people in being holistically restored by the gospel.

Pastor Norman has been active in several areas of ministry including prison outreach, community feeding programs, and enrichment projects with Louisiana Baptist Children's Home and Northeast Louisiana Veterans' Home.

Ortadius is currently a teacher at Wossman High School where he is an assistant Coach for Boys Basketball. He is married to Shantell and they have 3 children Karsyn, Eden, and Ta2.

Zakiya came to The Well after serving for many years in various ministries across the United States. She graduated from Grambling State University with a B.A. in Mass Communications and from The New Life Church Bible Institute in Decatur, GA.

Amber is the Interim Worship Director of the Well Church. Outside of the Well, Amber is a therapist and leads girl groups at our local community center.

Amber is the Children’s Ministry Lead. She appreciates being blessed with the opportunity to help kids grow their faith.

Alicia serves as the director of curriculum for the Monroe Literacy and Art Bus. She enjoys serving children and pouring into her community through tutoring.

Anthony is the passionate director of B.E.T. (Basketball, Eating, & Teaching) Young Men’s program as well as the Facilities Director for our campus. Aside from serving at church he enjoys music, sports, & family.

Derek is the production director of the Well Church. He is also a barber and enjoys spending time with his family.
